Supplies for our end-of-tenancy cleaning service are our responsibility here at Assertio Services. You are not required to supply our cleaners with any products/chemicals as these are factored into the quote we give you after receiving your enquiry. If you wish to use specific products or chemicals, it will be your responsibility to source them.
With all of our services, we work with you to identify the best time to carry out our service. As this service is likely to involve cleaning tasks beyond a standard clean, and considering the size of the property, our cleaners may require additional time. During our consultation period, we will assess your availability alongside our cleaners and identify the optimal cleaning timeslot.
End-of-tenancy cleaning is the process of deep cleaning a property, either to get it ready for a new tenant to move in or as a tenant trying to maximise the return of their deposit.
The time required to complete our end-of-tenancy cleaning service depends on the size of the property. For smaller apartments, it may take as little as a few hours, whereas a larger house may take a full day. We will send the appropriate number of cleaners to ensure the job is done as efficiently as possible.
Either the landlord or the tenant pays for the end-of-tenancy cleaning service. If you’re a landlord, you may choose our service to get the property ready for the next tenant. On the other hand, if you’re the tenant, you may choose to use our services to give yourself the best chance of getting your full deposit back.
